28 Day South Africa Coastal Retreat Workshop 2027

Ocean. Immersion. Reset.

A week where you don't just visit the ocean — you learn to read it, work with it, and come home changed by it. Built for people who want more than a holiday: divers, surfers, creatives, and anyone craving a proper reset with salt water involved.

Core Experiences

• Diving — guided dives through kelp forests and reef systems, beginner to advanced
• Surfing — daily sessions with coaching, all levels
• Foraging — coastal foraging walks (mussels, seaweed, tidal-pool edibles) ending in a shared cook-up
• Ocean Safari — boat excursions for whales, dolphins, seals, and big-picture marine life encounters

Workshops

• Freediving — breath-hold technique, safety, and confidence in the water
• Scuba Diving — skills refreshers or certification pathways
• Underwater Photography & Filming — camera handling, light, composition below the surface
• Citizen Science — hands-on species logging and monitoring with real conservation data
• Marine Life Guide & Knowledge — ecosystem literacy, species ID, reading the coastline
• Self-Development, Reset & Growth — reflection and grounding practices woven around the water time (this is where you could add breathwork, journaling, a cold-water plunge ritual, or an evening sound session)
• Ocean Entrepreneur Talk — a speaker session on building a life/business around the sea
• Documenting Your Stay — content creation coaching so guests leave with a proper edit of their week, not just phone clips
